It is a tough workout but it&#039;s surprising how quick you adapt to it and manage to do it faster and with more water in the rucksack.  Plus it&#039;s a good alternative to the gym. That is amazing, I&#039;ve been doing those same type of burpees at the gym because all the cardio machines have been taken up (New Year&#039;s Resolutions and all). Great suggestion, I&#039;m glad I could provide some inspiration. You&#039;ve got what it takes!!
