Just learn how to neck bridge properly from a competent coach. A proper neck bridging progression will safely give you a super strong neck and back.
Learn how to handle your own bodyweight first before you go anywhere near the weights.
A neck built only using bodybuilding style training that focuses on the appearance of the muscles is completely useless in a contact situation. Unless you train with your own bodyweight in a traditional way it will be totally unprepared for the kinds of stresses you will get in real life.
It's no accident that this is how wrestlers and boxers train their necks. Better learn from those who know.

You don’t need any fancy equipment to train your neck. As I said in response to Patrick's comments it was one of my earlier efforts and if you read some of newer articles I think you will be much more satisfied.
Anyway, as you requested here is a link to a website that provides a selection of neck exercises; http://www.thefitmap.co.uk/complementary/physiotherapy/exercises/neck/index.htm

Hi Tahere.
