Free Fitness Tip Day 5 – Fibre
Be sure to eat some fibre with every meal. This helps the body to absorb nutrients from the food, creates a feeling of fullness and keeps your system regular.
Fibre is excellent for weight loss and healthy too. Not only does it make you feel full but it also contains zero calories and encourages bowel movements which cleans out your system.
Fibre has also been linked with a reduced risk of colon cancer and better management of diabetes.
