On the topic of processed foods I have a suggestion for you. Why not prepare a healthy, non-processed lunch the night before and then bring it to work with you?

Thanks for the comment Ben. I know I should mix with resistence training, but I don't do it enough. I have trouble controlling my weight. A couple of months ago, I had to start taking fibre supplement products due to a bowel condition. More recently I have strated eating rye bread instead of bread, eating 8 or 9 of my "five a day" (e.g. replacing all snacks with fruit) and just generally looking at the fibre content on stuff when I have to buy processed food (like lunch at work). I have started losing weight, I feel like I have more energy and I am having less trouble controling urges to eat bad snack foods. But it doesn't really feel like I have given up anything or am dieting, which is great. Fibre rules!!!

This is a really interesting article.
