I always have my MP3 player on and experiment with different combinations of tracks. There&#039;s always a good one for starting my session if I feel at all sluggish, and there&#039;s a track that revs me up again towards the end if I&#039;m really flagging. I&#039;m building up a failsafe (I hope) playlist for the big day! I usually like to jog alone as I can vary the pace to suit myself!
