Hi Tom!
Oh I totally understand about being busy! I have been finding myself in the same predicament lately a bit too.
Anyhow, as part of a healthy and balanced life we do need to address things like this before things get out of hand and that is why as much as I love being online and/or writing, there are also other things in life! And balance is key for a happy body and mind :)
Great job with the newsletter too :)

Hey Evita. Thanks for your comments. I do agree that when you find yourself getting too busy sometimes the best thing to do is step back and take a break from the Internet.

Thanks for your comments Piter. Your English seems fine to me. Glad you are enjoying the blog. To answer your question…yes it is a hobby of mine. I thought a good way to learn about fitness topics that are new to me would be to do some research and then write an article on the topic. The blog has just grown from that really.

Hi Tom,
My first time here! I myself am a fitness freak. Just read your newsletter and think it’s great sharing all the info on keeping fit. As I always say, it’s both eating and working out that keeps your body in shape. I’d also add sleep to all that eating and working out. A good night’s rest of around 8 hours is a must, just to rebuild the protein blocks in the muscles.
Hope to join you again soon! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the comments. Got to agree with you and I personally need to focus more on sleep. I would say my diet and exercise routine are good with room for improvement. However, when it comes to sleep there just never seems to be time for 8 hours.
