		<description>Quite a broad question Brian.  It depends what your current diet is like.  Try and eat real whole foods - fresh fruit, vegetables, meats and fish should all be staples of your diet.  As for the exercise if you want to build muscle then you need to do some resistance training.  Do some research into weight lifting exercises and then combine them into a weight lifting routine.  Mix this up with cardiovascular exercises - running, cycling, swimming.  If you keep this up you should build some muscle and burn some fat.</description>
