A calendar for June 2010.

Hello everyone.  The highly belated Free Fitness Tips Newsletter – June 2010 is now online.  Apologies for the delay.

Going forward the newsletter is going to be in a slightly different format.  Instead of sending out a HTML download and a PDF download I will now be sending the newsletter as a HTML email (which you should have already received).  This HTML email will also be available as a download for those who wish to keep a personal copy.

Hopefully, this should make the whole process of sending out the newsletter easier for both me (as I will not have to create a HTML version and a PDF version) and you the readers (as you will get the newsletter direct to your email inbox instead of having to download a copy).
