I know what you mean about the stomach. I too find it really hard to get a six pack.
I think it's so difficult because you have to get your diet and exercise routine just right. You can build big biceps without having a perfect diet but you can't get a six pack unless you eat the right foods, consume the right amount of calories, do the right amount of cardio and do the correct exercises to tone your abdominal muscles.

Thanks Manjit. You done a good job on the Newsletter's there's so much useful information and it is easy to find relevant information such as food, exercises, protein.
I train 3 times a week doing kickboxing andtwice a week jogging.
The main area i need to concentrate on is my stomach am trying to get a six pack at 44 i know lol. I am pretty fit but my stomach lets me down.
I enjoy your newsletter keep up the good work

Tom

You done a good job on the Newsletter’s there’s so much useful information and it is easy to find relevant information such as food, exercises, protein.

I train 3 times a week doing kickboxing andtwice a week jogging.

The main area i need to concentrate on is my stomach am trying to get a six pack at 44 i know lol.
