What Are The Phenolic Acids?

The phenolic acids are a group of lesser known phytonutrients (health boosting chemical compounds that are found in plants).  However, they still have a wide range of health benefits which include:

- Boosting your metabolism .
- Keeping your eyes healthy.

3) The Future Of Free Fitness Tips

You may have noticed that there has been a lot more content added to Free Fitness Tips this month.  I am very glad to announce that the reason for all this additional content is that as of 12th September 2011 Free Fitness Tips became a full time venture.

Prior to September 2011 I worked full time as an analyst and maintained Free Fitness Tips in my spare time.  As Free Fitness Tips grew larger it became more of a burden on my time and it became increasingly difficult to run Free Fitness Tips, get to the gym at least 4 times per week and maintain my other commitments outside work.

After a lot of thinking I made the decision to hand in my notice at my job as an analyst on July 15th 2011 so that I could focus on Free Fitness Tips full time.  Between July 15th and September 11th I served my notice period and prepared as best as I could for the move to full time web work.

As I write this email now I am just coming to the end of my third week of running Free Fitness Tips full time.  It's been a very difficult 3 week - I think I have probably read, written and researched more in these 3 weeks than I have done during the rest of 2011.  However, it's also been a very fulfilling 3 weeks and it's great to be able to focus my full time efforts on developing Free Fitness Tips.

So what does all this mean for the future of Free Fitness Tips?  Well I have quite a few plans over the coming months as I attempt to turn Free Fitness Tips into 1 of the best fitness resources on the Internet.

My immediate goal is to complete my coverage of the phytonutrients.  This is something I have been working on tirelessly since March and there is probably another 2 to 3 months worth of work before this topic is fully covered.  However, once this work has been completed Free Fitness Tips will be (to the best of my knowledge) the only fitness site on the Internet which has an article dedicated to each and every nutrient that can be found in food.

Once I have all the nutrients boxed off I can then start writing some lighter, more entertaining posts (I understand these nutrient articles get quite technical but please bear with me) and focus on a number of other areas such as...
