The Free Fitness Tips RSS Feed

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication or Rich Site Summary (depending upon which source you read). RSS feeds are a format for delivering regularly changing web content (such as the information on this blog). The main benefit to readers (such as yourself) of RSS is that it allows you to monitor multiple sites of interest without having to visit each one individually. Instead you just get the RSS feeds for the sites you are interested in and then you will be informed everytime these sites are updated. For example, if you get the Free Fitness Tips RSS feed you will be informed everytime this blog is updated.

There are two ways of reading RSS feeds. The first is to read them through an RSS reader which will organise the various RSS feeds that you subscribe to and then display them in an easy to read format. I use the free Google Reader but there are many alternative options available if you prefer. The second is to subscribe to the RSS feed via email which will mean you are sent an email everytime the RSS feed is updated. You can subscribe to the Free Fitness Tips RSS feed using the form below.
