Most PCP&#039;s and Docs I have worked with use the Glycosylated HB test (HB-A1C) as a standard for determining relevance or presence of DM due to the fact it measure your plasme glucose of a period of time. In this scenario it&#039;s hard for the pt to modify and/or falsify the information.
