I think you are right in what you say - eating natural, unprocessed foods is definitely the way to go. After reading the book called &quot;Sugarettes&quot; I looked deeply into and researched the glycemic index and I didn&#039;t like what I found. There are foods that are soooo not healthy way lower, than foods that are very healthy. Like some white flour items would be better than beans.
Then of course came what you explain about the different readings and, even people getting different readings of the same food depending on what they ate it with.
Well without making eating stressful I just dropped obsessing over the whole thing, because the truth is it was made for diabetics to better control their blood glucose.
