Really enjoy reading your blog and really enjoyed reading "The Vacation Body Blueprint". Because of this I have every confidence that my readers will enjoy your report and your blog too.
I'm quite surprised at how easy the dieting part has been for me. I'm used to having about 4 whole grain sandwiches for lunch and snacking on 3 to 4 pieces of fruit throughout the day. I've now substituted these 4 sandwiches and the fruit snacks for 1 banana, a pot of natural yoghurt mixed with protein powder and a handful of blueberries. For dinner I've gone for a large serving of vegetables, with a tin of tuna or a chicken breast topped with chopped tomatoes and herbs. I really thought cutting out all the bread would make me hungry but I've hardly noticed it at all. Stomach is definitely getting flatter though :-)
My only regret is that I haven't done more resistance training in the months leading up to my holiday in Brazil...but hey...there's always next year's holiday.

Hey Rusty – No problem. Thanks for the plug for my ebook. I really appreciate it. Although it is free, people's time isn't free. My hope is that people get a lot out of it.
Out of 56 pages, I'm sure there are a few advanced tips that people will learn...or at least a new way of looking at things.
Thanks again!
