Tusc - Nothing like good old scare tactics to get your point across :-).  As I said to Strong One as long as you are getting some of each vitamin you will probably not suffer from anything serious.  You have to be getting almost nothing for the worst conditions to develop.  However, this list is another reason to make sure you get your vitamins.
Andrew - I wouldn&#039;t worry.  Looking at your diet I don&#039;t think you are at any risk of pellagra.  It sounds pretty nasty but even small amounts of vitamin B3 should keep it at bay.  You eat lots of whole, natural foods so should be getting a good supply of vitamins.
